The semi-arid environment offers a concentrated taste and preserves the nutritive value during sun-drying. Kanafar sun-dried tomatoes are a rich source of lycopene, a powerful antioxidant. Sun-dried tomatoes can be used in salads, sandwiches, pastas and countless other dishes. It is available in small format (dry in 100G bag), rehydrated (in 1 kg bag for catering and direct re-use), in jars with oil (small format & big formats for catering & restaurants)
